Ichigo doesnt mess around anymore just gets straight to the business of bankai yet he still manages to get his ass kicked before winning i wanna see one fight where he doesnt totally get jacked up lol

Well that is true Kyle, but at the same time just simply dodgeing an enemy could be fatal… especailly if you don’t know their abilities. Not only that these guys where basically on a suicide run in the first place. They KNEW they would die.
So they will take chances no other enemy would take to win the fight.
For a real fighter, a foe who will not risk his life is not a major threat. A foe who put his life on the line is a challenge worth some respect. A foe with no life to look forward too… that is a threat to everything.

yeah this is litttle side story of the main story.
the only thing i don’t get (and possibly because I cant find the magna) is why the special weapons? if they eat the useres spirtit force to give them pure power would the not be constant effect which would mean all you have to do is hold out for a while as it will eventually eat them to the point of nothing? or is it more like the lightswitch effect? it only eats the reitsu when you want it to?
